And that is just the first step of what I get at my cardio center.

The aerobic center offers all kinds of lavishness and relaxation, complete with health drinks and light refreshment. If I want to do my cardio exercises and relax in a jacuzzi, I am effectively assured a private facility in which to wind down. There are masseuses on hand at all times of night and day, as well as a fitness instructor who will get together with you up to 3 times per week, if if you want that. In addition to that they offer more exotic types of health therapy at the aerobic facility, such as meditation, cleansing and fasting and acupuncture.
